  1. A task offloading and migration scheme for mobile end users.
  2. Prediction of end-users' location is performed using a linear regression based learning approach.
  3. Target fog node selection is performed by mapping the fog nodes available near the predicted area, and the best fog node is chosen based on a utility function.
